The reproduction, distribution and public communication, including making available, of all or part of this website’s content for commercial purposes, in any format or by any technical means, are expressly prohibited without the express authorisation of AKAEN INNOVA S.L.

In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Organic Law 3/2018 (LOPDGDD), we inform you about the processing of your personal data:

• Data controller: AKAEN INNOVA S.L. (contact details indicated above).
• Purpose: manage information requests, prepare and send the requested free first look and contact you about it, provide contracted services, and measure website use and advertising conversions. Optional analytics and advertising cookies depend on the categories you accept.
• Legal basis: consent of the data subject (forms and cookies) and performance of the contract (in case of provision of services).
• Recipients: providers necessary to deliver the service (hosting, email, analytics and advertising services). We use Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads. These services may involve international transfers outside the European Economic Area. You can request information about providers and the applicable safeguards at admin@akaen.com.
• Retention: data will be retained for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose, or while a legal retention obligation applies.
• Rights: you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection by emailing admin@akaen.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

Withdrawal of consent: you can withdraw it at any time by emailing admin@akaen.com. For cookies, you can also change your choice through “Configure cookies”. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before it was withdrawn.

Contact details: the form asks for your name, email address, company and message. Name, email and message are required to process the request. Submission includes the IP address and date. We also record cookie choices, their identifier, dates, source page, and IP and browser fingerprints to demonstrate the preferences received.

First look: the form asks for the company website and a work email address and, optionally, the process you are interested in. We record the request’s date, IP address and browser to demonstrate consent and prevent abuse. The first look is prepared using public information about the company and sent to the email address provided.

We use cookies and local storage to remember your preferences, measure the use of the website and advertising conversions. You can accept or reject the optional categories separately.

• Analytics: Google Analytics uses browser and session identifiers to measure web visits and usage.

When you withdraw a category, we delete the corresponding cookies and local storage that we can manage on this domain.
